The present invention relates generally to cording machines, namely, an apparatus having an outer surface or cover, a curved core or interior layer, and a series of inner rings, the entire circumference of which is coiled or wrapped around a fixed core, preferably made of some hard metal, such as steel, or aluminum. This kind of machine includes two or more rotating rolls with teeth. One roll is fitted with a driving head having a cutting implement for cutting the Cord, while the other roll is fitted with a guide roller which carries out the cutting operation. These two rolls are fitted around a spindle, on which there is fixed another roll on which the cord is coiled or rolled. The drive roll serves to move the cutting implement in a downward direction and the guide roller helps the operator to guide the coiled or rolled cord in a horizontal manner.
